Pia Tikkanen is a Paris-based Finnish designer, active and creating since the late 80’s in various design sectors, always inspired by the rich visual heritage of Scandinavian and Nordic interior design and patterns.

pia tikkanen design was created in 2015 by Pia Tikkanen, following 16 years as the co-founder and designer at DOG-Dessins Originaux et Géniaux, a Paris-based graphic design studio.

Pia’s new creative studio focuses strongly on surface design for interiors and on color and trend consulting, along with selected projects in the fashion industry.

A design studio for professionals and private clients, providing creative services that are highly personalised and punctual. Working in the fashion and textile business for two decades makes for a natural bridge when transitioning into the home interior sector. This also gives a certain advantage and ease in analysing present and future trends, where fashion is usually the precursor.
